I am writing this mail to thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me pass the PMP certification exam. I took the exam on 22nd February 2023 and passed out with AT/T/AT. I underwent your training in March 2022 and could not schedule the exam soon after due to unavoidable circumstances. The contents of online training provided by you covered almost 95% of the PMP questions due to which I could pass the exam. I went through your videos for not less than 5 times and took only 2 mocks before appearing for the exams.

FAQs: Here’s everything you may ask…

MSP is a widely recognized framework for managing and delivering complex programs within organizations. The MSP certification scheme provides individuals with the knowledge and skills to effectively lead and manage programs, ensuring successful outcomes. The MSP Foundation certification is the entry-level qualification within the MSP certification scheme. This level aims to measure whether a candidate could act as an informed member of a program management team on a Program using the MSP® method, within an environment supporting MSP®. To this end they need to show they understand the principles and terminology of the method.

is the next level of certification in the Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) certification scheme. It assesses an individual's ability to interpret and apply the MSP framework within different program management contexts. The certification aims to validate that candidates can effectively manage programs using MSP principles and tailor them to specific situations. It's important to note that MSP Practitioner certification requires candidates to have already obtained the MSP Foundation certification as a prerequisite.

The MSP Foundation and Practitioner certifications are two levels within the Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) certification scheme. Key differences include:

KNOWLEDGE: The MSP Foundation certification focuses on establishing a foundational understanding of the MSP framework. It covers key concepts, principles, and terminology associated with MSP. The emphasis is on comprehension and awareness of the framework. On the other hand, the MSP Practitioner certification builds upon the foundation knowledge and aims to assess the candidate's ability to apply MSP principles in practical program management scenarios, including tailoring the framework to specific situations, analyzing and adapting MSP practices, and managing program complexity.

EXAM: The Foundation Exam Format is an hour of multiple choice questions aiming at testing a candidate's knowledge and understanding of MSP concepts. It’s a closed book exam, 36 out of 60 correct answers are required to pass the exam. The Practitioner Level aims to measure whether the candidate is able to apply MSP® methods to the managing of a Programme. The Practitioner Exam is a "Scenario based" examination lasting two and half hours comprising of 70 questions. This is an open – book format and the minimum pass mark is now 60%.

PRE-REQUISITE: The MSP Practitioner certification requires candidates to have already obtained the MSP Foundation certification as a prerequisite. This ensures that candidates have a solid foundation of MSP knowledge before advancing to the practitioner level. While there are no pre-requisites for the MSP Foundation certification

AUDIENCE: The MSP Foundation certification is generally suitable for individuals who are new to program management or those who want to gain a foundational understanding of the MSP framework. It could be beneficial for programme management team members, project managers, senior executives etc. While the practitioner level is suitable for program managers, program office staff, business change managers, consultants/advisors etc.

The MSP Practitioner certification is valid for 5 years. In order to maintain the credential, one can either retake the MSP Practitioner Exam before the expiry date or maintain the certification through CPD points and a digital badge.
