Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any use of the Platform by you or on your behalf complies with these Terms.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to register for an account. When registering for an account, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You must promptly update this information if it changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription and Payment

You may be required to purchase a subscription to access certain features of the Platform. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the fees associated with the subscription. Fees may be subject to change at any time. If you do not pay the fees associated with your subscription, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not use any of the intellectual property displayed on the Platform for any purpose without our prior written consent. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

If we believe that your use of the Platform is infringing on our intellectual property rights, we may terminate your access to the Platform.

Prohibited Uses

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the Platform:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US or other countries).
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate us, our employees, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform, or which, as determined by us, may harm us or users of the Platform or expose them to liability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, AND OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED BY US ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE PLATFORM OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE PLATFORM, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, and our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination of your access, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This AGREEMENT shall be governed by Indian law and any disputes between the Pares pursuant to or in relation to this AGREEMENT shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, INDIA.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Platform. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. You may not assign these Terms or any of your rights or obligations hereunder, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms or any of our rights or obligations hereunder without your prior written consent.
